Training Camps |
|||
|
For pilots preparing themselves for competition or display flying, training camps offer by far the most cost effective way of honing and polishing their skills. Training camps provide the opportunity to immerse yourself in the subject, along with an experienced coach and other like-minded pilots. Each pilot can fly up to three critiqued flights each day, with detailed advice on preparation and debriefing. Alan Cassidy has considerable experience of this kind of training operation, with individual pilots up to Unlimited level and National Teams at Advanced, both in Europe and the USA. But the same methods can be used to even greater effect by ambitious Sportsman or Intermediate pilots anywhere in the world. If you want to experience
this approach to improving your flying, either alone or with some
like-minded friends, 1.
Locate an airfield to host your camp, preferably where you can fly
directly overhead or in the immediate vicinity. |

There is a maximum of 4 students per camp and the aim
is to fly three times each for about 20 minutes per flight. |
